Welcome & Introduction (10 mins)
Meet our team and learn the story of dumplings — from family kitchens to street stalls and beyond.
Hands-On Dumpling Workshop (50 mins)
Get your hands doughy as we guide you through folding and filling three delicious types: Traditional Dumplings, Wontons, and Sweet Dessert Tangyuan (glutinous rice balls)
Cooking & Tasting (15 mins)
Your creations, hot and ready! Taste the dumplings you made and enjoy a well-earned bite.
Q&A + Certificate Ceremony (15 mins)
Wrap up with questions, fun group photos, and your official “Dumpling-Making Master” certificate — because in dumplings we trust.
Dietary Restrictions
Yes, we’re happy to accommodate dietary needs for the tasting portion of the class! While we aren’t able to change the main instructional recipe (since it’s hands-on and group-based), we can adjust what you taste afterward.
We offer vegan dumplings for plant-based guests, and for gluten-free participants, we can substitute with gluten-free shrimp dumplings during the tasting portion. Just let us know your needs in advance, and we’ll do our best to make it delicious for everyone!
Time and Location
In-Person:
Join us for an in-person dumpling-making experience at one of our three locations — Bernal or Marina in San Francisco, or Rockridge in Oakland. We’re available for bookings daily between 10:00–11:30 AM or 2:30–4:00 PM.
Online:
Hosting a remote team? We also offer a fun, interactive Zoom dumpling-making class, perfect for virtual team-building events.

What's the minimum number of participants we need to sign up?
For in person classes: 10-20 is the range. For online classes: 10-50 participants and we will send all the tools with UPS. Simply email us at hello@uniteddumplings.com with details and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
What's the cost of the dumpling making classes?
For in person classes, they are at $50 each participants. For online classes, we will mail all ingredients with dry ice and tools for you, and the cost is higher at $150 each participants due to the high cost of dry ice shipping and all tools will be yours.
What is the time we can arrange it?
In Person: We are available 10-11:30am or 2:30-4pm Daily for booking at our three locations in Bernal, Marina in San Francisco or Rockridge in Oakland.
